Grace Baptist Church, Nokomis, IL.

Just yesterday, I wrote about how it was a beautiful day in Nokomis. And today, in terms of the weather, was even more beautiful. The kids spent a good chunk of time playing outside. I probably say this every winter, but this past winter I often wished I lived in Nokomis, FL rather than Nokomis, IL. The winter didn't start off too bad. In fact, all throughout the autumn months, there were rumors that the coming winter was going to be an especially bad one. I don't know who started those rumors, but that's what "they" kept saying. Nokomis Christian Missions is a great ministry in which churches in and around Nokomis partner together to serve our community. Together, we help with a variety of needs, ranging from clothing to household goods to furniture to everything in between. It's really a great place for anyone to find all sorts of things that they need at unbelievably low prices. All of the items for sale have been donated by members of our community.
